Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage or temperature inconsistency.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help our quality control team assess the situation.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos you captured.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement shipment or a store credit to ensure you get the Twisted Dough experience you deserve.
